Improve user feedback on post edit view to signal post has been updated & saved

I am unsure if this by design, but if I create post, go to edit it, then click "Save", I still remain on the edit view. I have to then click "Go back to the thread" to end the editing. I would expect clicking "Save" to finish the editing process. Feels unintuitive as I expect to see a page reload as "confirmation", so I thought there was a bug at first 🙃

Update: ohhhh, it is updating the page on the spot! I did not realise until I made a larger edit and saw the text go away 😆 This is cool! Some sort of lightweight visual confirmation of the edit being saved could maybe be interesting here though (to avoid potential confusions like this). Otherwise, feel free to close ✅

late evenin idea: could add a little "saved

yeh that's a good idea! i thought for a sec, maybe a little sprinkle of plain 'ol JS might work here but this is better. If you add "saved at $time" or something to differentiate it for multiple saves, then it should be a useful marker to show saved changes?
