PTXQC with MaxQuant results from timsTOF data

Hi,

I have tried PTXQC with MaxQuant results (txt folder) from timsTOF data. Even if most of the metrics from evidence.txt file are well displayed in the report, the MBR metrics are not present :

  • qcMetric_EVD_MBRAlign
  • qcMetric_EVD_MBRIdTransfer
  • qcMetric_EVD_MBRaux

Also, the metrics based on the msmsScans.txt file are not displayed, but it is explained by the fact that MaxQuant doesn't generate a msmsScans.txt with timsTOF data (but a pasefMsmsScans.txt file instead).

Is PTXQC not yet designed for MaxQuant results from timsTOF data ?

Hi Cedric,

you indeed guessed correctly. I did not find the time to look at the MaxQuant output yet. It will take some time until I can. Pull requests or other input are always welcome of course!

Lets leave the ticket open until this is implemented.
