Multiple submenu

Hi all, very nice code. I want to implement more than one submenu for a table of content. Is someone already coding that?

HI @cbfranca,

This is also going to make this menu navigation worth more than any other menus available. If you could make at least up to 3 sub menu levels work that would be great :)
