Not able to install testng to sts4-4.2.0 drag and drop is not working

When I search testNG it do not appear in eclipse search results it asks for browse more plus ins after clicking to browse more plug in it opens to another windows which has instll drag and drop options. after draging to install button it goes back to previous search window which do not have that needed plugin
