Response Headers not accessible

It would be nice to receive the response headers somehow since this is where rate limit information is returned by Untappd.

This could be achieved by adding the X-Ratelimit-Limit and X-Ratelimit-Remaining headers to the meta portion of the returned data. Or to a new piece of the returned data.
