Should be able to follow links with mouse & keyboard.

  • Any click follows? How to edit then? Probably too aggressive.
  • Ctrl-click/Ctrl-Enter follows?
  • [ ] Open intra-Mathdown links in second pane?

Also:

  • [ ] Highlight URL in `text as link for consistency.
  • [ ] For reference-style links, standing on link should highlight target and vice versa, a-la http://codemirror.net/demo/matchhighlighter.html.
    • [ ] A way to jump between them would be nice but it's hard to reconcile with desire for following links?
    • [ ] Use folding / split view to make sure target is clearly visible?
