Shows a scrollbar instead of full text.

Now much better but can break in middle of line. CodeMirror's lines elements have page-break-{inside,before,after} unset, computed to 'auto' — probably doesn't influence page breaks due to the complex positioning games...

Options:

  1. detecting printing and automatically switching CM to height: auto (full DOM creation)
  2. manual Print button to switch to full DOM
  3. a way to export to PDF (via docverter?)

(2) is easiest but will probably start with (3). Ideally should do both (1) and (3).

  • firefox had 2 bugs which made SVG the only good option with pritnting: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mathjax-users/9mtaQae1WJg/discussion these bugs are now marked fixed.
