Feature Request: add comment to one host line

When I add a host mapping to hosts, I want comment this entry why I added.

Is it possible add comment to an entry?

Maybe a meta data below is better:

# comment: "something", create_at:2020-01-01 12:24, disabled_at: 2020-01-03 10:10, group: "Music"
