VBAN Backend

Im seeing this Software("Voicemeter") used in many small streaming productions, and it would be practical to control their software through their own protocol called VBAN(The MIDI part) with MIDIMonster. Currently, it's possible to run MIDIMonster on the same machine to get control over the software, but a dedicated network backend is more flexible and cross platform compatibility is better.
