Doesn't work with MA onPC 3.1.2.5

Can't establish connection between 3.1.2.5 software and MIDI Monster. Is it possible to fix it? EDIT: I've tried with 3.2.2.13 version and it also doesn't work. It shows that it's connected but the number of connected users doesn't change.
