Adding Attribute in Certificate

How to Add attribute in CSR. I follow this https://github.com/cbaker6/CertificateSigningRequest/pull/46 also follow this https://github.com/cbaker6/CertificateSigningRequest/issues/12 but those are limited to adding subject only not for attributes.

I check that thread too. When I applied in my CSR generation it increase number of subject value not in particular Attributes section.
