Unable to boot into LXQt Debian on Flex 5 13" (2021)

Model: LILLIPUP-MQUZ, Intel Pentium Gold 7505 & 4gb ram

The iso was created on Linux, and then burned using chrome's recovery tool. I am able to successfully launch with ctrl-U, but that's as far as I'm able to get.

It seems to hang on Starting Plymouth Boot Screen... and also throws the error Failed to start Wait for network to be configured by ConnMan before going back to the developer mode boot menu.
