Add redis cluster support for cacheman-redis

I have added Redis Cluster support to cacheman-redis.

I've been using this version for over 3 years by now but just realised I could open a PR for it.

It works seamlessly with cluster deployments by your own or cloud options such as Elasticache Redis by AWS.
