How to report websites where the cookie banner still shows

When a website isn't working properly is it better to report it on github here or click the button in the extension?

I've clicked the buttons a few times but vaguely have the sense that those sites still had cookie banners a few weeks later. Can't think of a specific one though.

PS: It would be nice if you add a CONTRIBUTING.MD file to your repo like this so it is easy for people to find an answer this is and maybe even a small guide to get started like @jmbreuer mentioned in https://github.com/cavi-au/Consent-O-Matic/issues/436
