you need to edit the db in the user table, you will see the column for the authenticator - just delete the value
did you write the changes to the db? that field is the only thing that would pop up the 2fa box.

double check plex token in settings too...
you should be able to uncomment out them in the php ini file. i need to go back and check to see while i required them too. lemme do that.
