Jellyfin recently added user context config

Hey i was just wondering if we could support the option to not use the admin user for the call to recent items? maybe just let us manually define an id to use if not provided fallback to current logic

i just have extra libraries family photos ect, dont really want to spam friends with irrelevant baby pictures 😆

i think we just change this line?
