This is a duplicate of #9346 and #10273, but I'm keeping this open for visibility.

I think we should indeed create a `PrivacySidebar` macro for consistency, which can then also be used in the translated pages (see [here](https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Web/Privacy/Firefox_tracking_protection) and [here](https://developer.mozilla.org/ja/docs/Web/Privacy)).

FWIW The [browser compatibility table](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/image/paint#browser_compatibility) on the page indicates that Firefox does not support `paint()`.
