We discussed this internally and an option might be to use the `EmbedLiveSampleUrl` macro instead of the `EmbedLiveSample` macro. @hamishwillee Does this make sense?
The `APIRef` macro renders two types of lists, "sub lists" and "IF lists". The "sub lists" already support page badges: https://github.com/mdn/yari/blob/9355a643b601052c1ef3c426d6f6323f3baec2aa/kumascript/macros/APIRef.ejs#L189-L200 However, the "IF lists" don't: https://github.com/mdn/yari/blob/9355a643b601052c1ef3c426d6f6323f3baec2aa/kumascript/macros/APIRef.ejs#L214-L225
@estelle I'll try and find some time in the next couple of days to fix the tests in https://github.com/mdn/yari/pull/9757.
