Arch Linux/CachyOS Green particles issue with Scene only wallpapers

Right now for me this is a big deal, a good chunk of my wallpapers are scenes, and this green particle thing keeps showing up for most of them, hopefully there is a fix for these, thank you. To update, this issue is for AMD Users only. NVIDIA won't have this problem apparently.

Hello, I am an AMD user and I would like to share my experience. So far, I have not suffered from this problem.

OS: CachyOS x86_64 Kernel: Linux 6.15.1-3-cachyos DE: KDE Plasma 6.3.5 WM: KWin (Wayland) CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700 (16) @ 4.65 GHz GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT [Discrete]
