Wallpaper audio keeps playing when focused on a window.
Describe the bug
Wallpaper with audio doesn't mute whenever i focus on a window. On Windows I remember that they used to only play their audio when no window is focused, aka when the wallpaper is visible. Here they keep playing even when focused, which means I still hear the audio when i don't want to and even plays it over other audio source.

Additional context
Similar issue on Bazzite for a week or so I think. Probably related to the latest plasma updates. I have the wallpaper set to pause on maximized windows, but sometimes I randomly hear the audio starting to play until it breaks up again a few seconds later. When going to the desktop the wallpaper then will not play any audio anymore and maybe even plays at a much faster rate than what it is set at in the global settings (individual wallpaper settings all don't seem to apply).
It'd be nice if we could set the same option that we have pausing the wallpaper for muting volume too
