Not working on third monitor, but works fine on other 2.

Describe the bug
I plugged in a third monitor, and even when correctly setting the library path, it does not work. hitting refresh shows nothing. when i select either my first or second monitor and hit refresh, it works. if i then select my third monitor and choose a wallpaper and hit apply, it does nothing.

Additional context
I got an Xp-Pen artist Pro 15.6, and for all intents and purposes, it just acts like another monitor. i can apply any other kind of wallpaper just fine, but trying to use wallpaper engine for KDE, it just does not work specifically for this monitor. works fine on my other 2.
