Missing dependency in readme

Describe the bug
The software itself works fine, but it wouldn't compile and install (at the cmake .. step) because it was missing the Vulkan SDK.

Fix would be to add "vulkan-sdk" to the deps for Debian based Linux distros in the readme

  • Qt: 5.15.10
  • OS: PikaOS (Based on Ubuntu Mantic 23.10)
  • Installation Source: Git

Was the same for me on Arch. I found that the package "plasma-framework" is now by the name of "plasma-framework5". So it needs to be updated in the README.
