Web Wallpaper turns the screen white

Describe the bug
Trying to apply web format wallpapers, will turn my wallpaper plane white with an FPS counter in the bottom left. Tried this on multiple screens, always same result Workshop link

Can indeed confirm that this happens with quite a few web wallpapers on my end as well.
