[Suggestion] Permission lists for applications / sound devices

I want Wale to adjust the volume only when I am using a specific application or a specific sound device. In my case, I only want automatic volume adjustment when streaming video in Chrome. I also don't want to adjust the volume on the headphones built into the VR headset, so I only want to adjust the volume on the USB DAC. However, currently Wale allows me to define an exclusion list of applications, but not an allow list. So, it would be very useful if we could define a permission list for applications and a permission list for sound devices in Wale's settings.
