Footsteps sounds

Just a quick first impression - great job on the template, looking forward to playing around some more!

When I loaded up the demo, the footsteps from the guards across the map were playing at full volume - the first thing I did was swap out the Audiostreamplayer for Footsteps and PantsSwish with AudioStreamPlayer3D and reduced the unit size. Much better :)
