cookie banner/modal, cookie settings icon (found on the bottom of the left sidebar), and signup promo banner

signup banner is just a background-image on .dz_h98rH9nZCwfPdnKgr but the text color may also need to be set, the cookie icon is just an svg with inline styles (pain), the cookie banner background-color is on #onetrust-consent-sdk #onetrust-banner-sdk with the text color being on #onetrust-consent-sdk #onetrust-policy-text for the main text, #onetrust-banner-sdk button for the list of partners and cookie settings buttons (!important-ed), and the main button uses #onetrust-banner-sdk #onetrust-accept-btn-handler for both the background and text colors. i'm not gonna list out the cookie settings modal because thats a lot
