feat(arxiv.org): init
🎉 Theme for arXiv.org 🎉
arXiv is a free distribution service and an open-access archive for nearly 2.4 million scholarly articles in the fields of physics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance, statistics, electrical engineering and systems science, and economics.
💬 Additional Comments 💬
The arxiv website (imho) is sometimes inconsistent. For example, the help link under the search input in main page is themed with #header a but on clicking advanced search and opening the new link, help and advanced search are now just themed with a (or the a:visited variant). Any help with figuring out a good way to do this would be appreciated.

Did some fixes of my own but still lots of unthemed areas on, e.g., https://arxiv.org/search/advanced and https://arxiv.org/search/?query=a&searchtype=all&source=header.
Just a bump on this one, is there anything I can do to help move this along?
