feat(home-manager): add support for element
It's not finished yet. But it's supposed to close #314. I'm waiting for catppuccin/element#14 to be able to get accent support.

Hey, I've changed a few things and now I'm just waiting for the upstream pr to be approved.
Only the pkgs/sources.json is missing.
That's the reason, why the CI Check failed.
I'm planning to force-push a clean commit, when it's ready.
As the upstream pr doesn't seem to get merged, I'm rebasing this pr to add support for element without accents. I'll open another pr to give back the accent support.

There's no one available able to review / tidy it up as the GitHub pages config needs to be added as well, I'll get around to it when I can.

The upstream pr got merged (thank you Hammy) and I rebased this pr to include accent support. I've tested it and it worked fine. Except that it doesn't select the theme (it just adds it), but it seems to be an element issue.
We are on 25.05 now. So if your happy to rebase this PR can move forewards.
