catppuccin
Add support for Element Desktop
There is a repo for this already: https://github.com/catppuccin/element It just needs nix integration. I was thinking about making a PR myself, but im unsure how to do this since, at least from what i can tell, for this to work there needs to be a home-manager option before a catppuccin option can be added.
Feel free to correct me or point me in the right direction on what to do to make this work. Im more than happy to do the PR myself, just need a little jumpstart with more experience in this.

Its not a hard requirement for catppuccin/nix, see glamour, but i assume upstream would appreciate it.
