Parameter Info panel: improve contrast of current argument

What would you like to see added and/or changed?

It is hard to see which argument is bold. A current argument can be colored and the others are greyed, which can fix this issue.

Can you let me know how you're viewing this panel in the IDE? I'm only able to get the following type of parameter info panels while typing out the arguments:

It might be due to a difference in Intellij version, I'm running v2024.1.1 with the New UI enabled.

Regarding the colours, I'm pretty sure that I don't have any control over the highlighting of the parameters in that panel, I'm not seeing any highlights that I can modify :/

Oh, I'm using Rider btw v2024.1.2 new UI enabled. Sorry, I forgot to mention.
