Proxy Auto Config error.

I can use normal proxies for sancom. But for some reason if I try to use proxy auto config from https://antizapret.prostovpn.org/, "IOHandler value is not valid" error stops me from getting list. I am using nekopaw grabber 2.1.0.156a.

Do you have libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll in your app directory?

Oh, right, proxy. Probably proxy just doesn't support HTTPS. I'll fix it.
