Non-reproducible

possibly ok to just ignore (it only happened in my laptop). After adding the seeds to the unit tests, I have not seen the issue again.

Actually it shouldn't affect reproducibility since all the RNG happens outside #pragma omp parallel for

Weirdly reproducible with the same setting for Threads but not with different
