ENHANCEMENT: new "factor" called emailadress (or something like this)

it would be helpfull to have a factor where you can give people with a certain emailadress (IE @moodle.com) 100 points... This way you can say "everyone from Moodle (@moodle.com) doesn't need to have MFA, but everyone else does"
