SAML2 exception: Error parsing XML string

With some users that have a special char in the name (like á, ç, ã) it returns SAML2 exception: Error parsing XML string How can I resolve this issue? Change the encoding somewhere?

can you please provide the full debug trace, and also include information on what Moodle version and which version of auth_saml2 you are using?

The debug will be a screenshot, sent by a end user of our partner.
