AzureAD - Works when initiated from IDP but not from Moodle

If I initiate a signin from AzureAD, I get logged into Moodle no problem. However unfortunately, if I click the sign in link on Moodle, Moodle immediately (no redirects to IDP) gives me the following error. image

What you expected: I expected it to redirect to the IDP and log me in.
