Bulk download Corpwatch SEC 10K Ex. 21 database

Corpwatch publishes the Ex. 21 data in a structured machine readable format via their API. While it doesn't have the percentage ownership, this data would be good for us to bulk download and dump in a bucket so that we can use it to validate OCR results as well as use as potential training data for a PDF data extraction model down the line.
