RFE: RESTART button in GUI

Hi @catalinii ,

I hope you don't think that this is stupid... But, I request to add a RESTART (reboot/reset) button in the GUI. In some cases, I want to remotely (using a smatrphone, for example) reboot the minisatip process. And this will be an easy solution to do it.

Hi @bccrew ,

Still not perfect, and using the SAT>IP client functionality time-to-time I see some errors. So, I prefer to have the option to restart remotely.
