Partially port / adapt https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/commit/b381b4b4bd4d52abbe86c2d69c4f4d77b80c5980 in order to add the pick up from all tiles keybind

Directional 'g'rab part of the DDA PR is useless since we still have directional 'g'rabbing due to never porting the grab menu rework PR that DDA had.
