Text cuts off on execute action menu

Describe the bug

With the right combination of items that have lengthy text for their use action and the right resolution (I.E. this is A LOT MORE PREVALENT on small monitors or likely mobile users) You get your text cut off. The window is not cut off, the text is.

This is confirmed with mainline items. Mods can cause it too even at 1920x1080 though.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Spawn a welder
2. Set your game resolution to 1280x1024
3. Open the Execute action window
