Make Zones for item categories not suck.

It's really annoying to set up zones for the first time. The UI sucks, text is cut off on mobile, there's too many (even before my item category PR). This needs to be solved as it's always cluttered the zone menu and been hard for mobile users.

My hope here would really be for zone filters to stop being so damned clunky and turn into a checklist for easy definitions, right now making custom zones that respect categories requires an understanding of our text filter system. Something similar to the UI for our distraction manager would work, where it lists out the categories used and asks you to toggle them off/on per zone. If we can make zones take multiple categories, I'm willing to have our "default" zone lists truncated into larger "super zones" containing multiple categories if we also have a tooltip in custom zones for how the damn filters work
