feat(balance): buff Bionic Razor

Bionic razor now has much better butchering tool quality and now has cut and fine cut tool qualities. It also provides actual bonus damage now, exactly half as much as a bionic blade.

Purpose of change

The bionic razors claim that they give your unarmed attacks a small amount of slashing damage, but in reality they don't, they literally only give you 8 butchering capacity.

Describe the solution

Fingertip razors now are a genuine alternative to the autonomous surgical scalpels, providing less tool utility but giving you bonus unarmed damage instead.

I'm not really sure why it's being compared to the surgical scalpels to begin with to be honest. They use different slots and provide different utility according to their descriptions. If we were comparing within the same slots their nearest competitor are the integrated toolset.

In any case, whatever the final decision I suggest their actual effect be entirely noted within their description. If we do decide that it's fine that they give this amount of fine cutting, cutting and butchery, please add a line within their description to reflect this, and make sure it applies to both the bionic and the installable item (ie:data\json\bionics.json and data\json\items\bionics.json)

was comparing to them because i thought it'd be cumbersome to fine cut using fingernails compared to scapel; i'm fine with the original stats if it makes sense more than the current nerfed stat (hence no change request)
