Crafting does not access liquid stored in installed vehicle tanks

Describe the bug

I have tanks installed on my vehicle, and I have water and clean water in it. Crafting stuff doesn't seem to access it. It used to?

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have vehicle and tanks installed
2. Have liquid in tanks
3. Craft stuff that needs said liquid
4. ???
5. Don't profit
6. Be sad

This works for me on the more recent experimentals. What is your crafting distance, is it possible you're standing so far away from the tank it is unable to use the water there? For this reason I tend to increase my crafting distance to 10 or so.
