Relative links don't work on website in dev mode on Windows

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://docs.cataclysmbn.org/en/dev/guides/building/cmake/ , see "Compiler Support" link. Click it, be redirected as expected.
2. Run the website locally on Windows (cd doc && npm install && npm run dev)
3. The same link now redirects to /en/dev/guides/building/cmake/..\..\..\reference\compiler_support
