Removed color template from main menu under (colors)

Summary Interface/bugfix "Fixes weird menu bug when choosing the no bright background template"

Purpose of change

Was playing around with colors the other day, and choose the "no bright background template" and it totally messed up the main menu. I also didn't want any new people to the game to go wandering into colors and choosing the template like I did.

I assume whoever put in the template in the first place was probably not aware that the bright background is due to terminal nonsense. In Ubuntu for instance they set black in the terminal to some shade of grey for "reasons". I assume this was some attempt to try and fix that which was not the right place to do it. This is probably fine to remove as there is likely no one who uses that template.

Yeah I was just removing it since currently I don't think any people use it, and if new people did want to check out all the settings I didn't want them to have a bugged menu. The only way to reset is to redownload the game. So basically just a form of prevention. If some issue does arise Im sure a new template could be made to help with that issue. (if it still is one)
