Walk-in Freezer not working outside of the reality bubble

Describe the bug

While it seems to be possible to create a walk-in freezer by having an enclosed space underground with a vehicle cooler running, it only seems to keep the food as fresh as it was put there while you are in the reality bubble. Temperatures are stable at between -2 to -5 degrees in all tiles, with no shelves or other storage furniture blocking the cold air, thus freezing the food. While you are in the bubble that is.

When you aren't, it ages the food as if it were on a non-cooled underground space (at around 6 degrees, which is a bit slower than overground for most of the year, but not quite

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create an enclosed underground room that isn't too small nor too large.
  2. Create a vehicle with a cooler, enough batteries to last the entire testing period and/or a way to keep the batteries charged for the period (grid connection, nuclear reactors, etc.)
  3. Put perishable food there, ideally something quick to rot to better observe the effects. Chunks of Meat work well.
  4. Wait a day or two while still in the reality bubble.
  5. Check the food, see that it's as fresh as you put it there.
  6. Go away and spend a few days away before coming back.
  7. Observe that the food is now rotten or close to it.

Expected behavior

Food shouldn't be rotting while you're away if you have proper refrigeration in a room.
