Basecamp wood_panel_from wooden beams crafting mission has wrong yield, basecamp crafting doesn't return byproducts

Describe the bug

Basecamp wood panel crafting mission doesn't yield proper byproduct. Could effect other crafting, not certain.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Make basecamp
2. send npc to make wooden panels from beams
3. recall npc
4. get only 1 panel

Expected behavior

You should get back 4 panels and some wooden splinters, that's the recipe and that's what happens when you do it yourself.

Additional context

I don't know how or why, but DDA does not have this problem. They've got proper returns, I checked.
