Refrigerated tank cannot be refilled in vehicle

Describe the bug

There is no way to fill refrigerated tank (fridgetank):

1. Cannot fill it in vehicle menu, because it doesn't listed in tanks list.
2. Unloading a container with liquid nearby doesn't suggest filling a vehicle.
3. Examining tile with it doesn't work either.

It doesn't change regardless fridge is activated in electronics or not.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Load provided save
2. There is a character with jerrycan with clean water and car with refrigerated tank.
3. Try to fill refrigerated tank.

Expected behavior

Refrigerated tank expected to be refilled like any other tank.
