Mutant mammals produce liver, offal and other internal organs without mutagen toxins

Describe the bug

When butchering mutants, player get healthy internal organs.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Get a character with high surviving.
2. Spawn some good gun and butchering knife.
3. Spawn gigantic mole rat.
4. Kill it.
5. Do full butchery or field dressing.
6. See that liver doesn't contain mutagen toxins.

Expected behavior

Internal organs (especially liver) should have even more concentration of mutagen toxins than meat.
