40xXX disassembly not netting casings or the wrong casings (Win)

"Generic" (flashbang) 40x46 can't be disasembled at all. 40x46 M1006 nets a .38 Special casing. M433, M576, M651 nets no casing.

M1006 should be a preferential source of casings due to how common it is (Riot Turret roadblocks, 6 casings or rounds each, 12 shots total), but if you get the shots intact you gotta choose which is more valuable, the smokeless powder or casings, and to get the casings, you'd have to shoot the thing. Awkward, specially considering this can be an important anti-juggernault weapon.
