Packaging this program as it is now is hell, cuz it doesn't provide Python build stuff. Please, add pyproject.toml (docs are provided at https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/writing-pyproject-toml)

still in the topic of python packages, the script depends on pygobject, dbus-python and gbinder, yet they're not in the requirement file
